We know that choosing a wedding planner is one of the most consequential decisions of your engagement. Here are answers to the inquiries we hear most often — asked openly, answered honestly.
01Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination only?
No - and this is intentional. Blue Olive Events offers one complete, bespoke planning package. We believe that true luxury lies in full immersion: knowing your story from the very beginning allows us to craft every detail with the depth and continuity it deserves. Partial planning is not something we offer, because partial attention is not something our couples deserve.
02What does your full package include?
Everything. From your first consultation and full creative direction, to vendor curation and management, guest relations, travel and accommodation coordination, surrounding event planning - welcome dinners, rehearsal celebrations, farewell brunches - through to seamless on-the-day coordination. Our package is comprehensive by design - every element of your celebration is considered, curated, and cared for. The full scope is tailored to your needs and outlined clearly in your personalised proposal.
03How do you approach pricing?
Our package is bespoke and priced according to the scope, scale, and location of your celebration. We are transparent from the outset and will provide a full proposal following your discovery call. We invite you to reach out so we can understand your vision and provide a quote tailored to you.
04How far in advance should we get in touch?
We recommend reaching out at least 12 to 18 months before your desired wedding date, particularly for destination celebrations or multi-day events. That said, we understand that love doesn't always follow a schedule - if your timeline is shorter, please do reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
05What does the planning journey look like from start to finish?
It begins with a relaxed discovery call with Zenobia, followed by a personalised proposal. Once you confirm, we move into creative direction - building your vision, your colour story, your atmosphere. From there, we curate your vendor team, manage every relationship, and guide you through each milestone with clarity and calm. On the day, we are entirely present so that you never have to be anywhere other than in the moment.
06Will we work directly with Zenobia throughout the process?
Yes, always. Zenobia personally leads every client relationship from the first conversation to the final farewell. This is not a studio where your file is handed off. You will have her direct attention, her mobile number, and her full commitment throughout your entire journey.
